We want you to love your Edie Parker pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on full-price, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that personalized items and certain home goods are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Edie Parker packaging, ensuring all protective films, dust bags, and tags are intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
