When will my order ship?
Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. For custom or 'Burn' collection items, please allow up to 10 business days for production before shipment.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, non-customized items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all custom pieces and items marked 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Edie Parker ships to most international destinations. Shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
How do I care for my acrylic handbag?
Acrylic is durable but should be treated with care. Clean your bag with a soft, damp cloth and avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, or abrasive surfaces to prevent scratching.
Can I modify a custom order after it has been placed?
Because our custom pieces are made-to-order, we cannot accept changes or cancellations once the order has entered production. Please double-check your spelling and color choices before finalizing.
